How to Book your Minnesota Firearm Safety Course Range and Field Day

Once you have completed the online portion of your hunter safety course (depending on your age) you must present yourself at the Firearm Safety Hunter Education Field day in order to finalize training, pass your final written exam, and get your Minnesota Firearm Safety Hunter Education Certificate.

In order to obtain the Minnesota Hunter Education Certificate, you must pass both the online AND Range and Field Day portions of the Firearm Safety Hunter Education Course.

Field Day Info for Youth (Ages 11 - 13)

To locate and sign up for a Range and Field Day in your area, go to the Minnesota DNR website at www.dnr.state.mn.us/safety/firearms/index.html. You will not be admitted to the Range and Field Day without a valid HUNTERcourse.com Field Day Voucher.
